What You’ll Do:
-Make and receive calls using an automatic dialer.
-Follow a script to explain vacation packages to customers.
-Sort calls correctly and move on to the next call or pass it on to a closer.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Ability to follow a script and communicate clearly on the phone.
-Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Preferred Skills:
-College education or additional coursework beyond high school.
-At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or office job.
-Previous sales experience.
-Basic computer and internet skills are a plus.
Pay:
Average earnings for agents: $400 to $2,000 per week.
Annual salary: $35,000 to $75,000.
