Work From Home-Account Manager / Credit Card Fee Decline Lifter
$18/hr Salary no commission 40 hours per week 10AM-7PM Eastern Time 1 Hour in breaks.
Cash Job (ACH, ZELLE,PAYPAL,WIRE)
Debt Relief (Debt Validation) company sells program enrollment over the phone and charges client fees for our services.
Our fee at times is blocked or declined because the credit card is being charged by the phone (Card Not Present Transaction)
You will call client to fix the decline they will either have gotten a text message to approve the fee or if no text you will help the client with a 3 way call to their bank so the client can give the bank permission to process our fee.
You will need your own Computer
Have a Skype Account for Team communication
Excellent English Communication skills
