Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service for our residents and prospective residents, first and foremost.
Greeting customers, leading tours of the property, contacting and following up on leads.
Answering telephones Recording phone , internet and foot traffic.
Marketing and outreach
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity
Ideally, you have a background in customer service and sales. That’s the essence of our business!

Qualifications:
One year of previous leasing experience
Occasional evenings and rotating weekends required
MS Office and Yardi software experience preferred
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment
