Established Seminole County Real Estate and Property Management Company seeking qualified candidates for a Residential and Commercial Rental Property Manager position.
Candidates required to be articulate, reliable, computer literate, and proficient with technology and handle working in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in property management (Real Estate Agent would be a plus) and familiar with Florida state Landlord/Tenant laws.
Computer skills in primarily Quick book, Word, Excel, Outlook and property management software such as Appfolio or Yardi is also required.
Licensed FL notary or at least qualify to be licensed is a must.
Duties including but not limited to:
- Regular Property inspection and condition assessments and record keeping
- Marketing and Advertising of properties
- Tenant application qualification/screening
- Lease preparation and executions
- Check in-Check out of tenant
- Maintenance Service subcontractors, suppliers coordination, scheduling and follow up and statement preparation
- Monthly Rental income Disbursement statement
- Regular Vendor Account payable and billing services using accounting software
- Digital and traditional filling
- General Office Administrative Skills

Must reside within 15 Minute commute from West Seminole County
