Property Manager

Community Manager needed for 234-unit class A property located in the Meadow Woods area of Orlando. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, and must have Yardi Voyager experience with at least 5 years experience as a Property Manager. We need a Property Manager who will lead the team effectively, who sees the big picture, and who will follow company policies and procedures. This position does not require the preparation of voluminous reports, but you will be expected to participate in a weekly RentMax pricing call, a weekly property call, and a weekly training call. This property is 6 years old with beautiful amenities, and a team that works diligently to keep the property clean and with great curb appeal. The pride of the team shows! Hours are 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Obviously there may be an occasion when you will need to work on a weekend if other staff members are sick, etc. We need a strong team player who is capable of working independently but will all the support that is needed from the corporate office.
