With an impressive track record of 25-35 closings per month, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and results to our clients. As part of our growth strategy, we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Work closely with agents, clients, and third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Stellar/Flex/Matrix MLS, Google Docs and Sheets, and CRM's for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and schedule inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in a high-volume real estate brokerage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Stellar/Flex/Matrix MLS, Google Docs and Sheets, and CRM's.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
