We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team!
At least one year of experience in customer service, sales and/or leasing.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Strong work ethic with reliability, dependability and self-motivation.
Weekends are required.
Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all internet and phone leads.
Schedule and conduct community tours.
Complete leasing paperwork from application to move-in.
Assist with resident events.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Property Manager or Assistant Manager.
