Position: Work Order Coordinator
Type: Part Time / Full Time
Location: Orlando, FL
This is a Temp Position to start, with conversion to W2 employee based off performance and company needs
Pay: Starting pay is $16 per hour. Pay bump once Temp status has been changed to W2.
Summary:
We are seeking an individual who is looking for a high paced, multitasking environment. He/she must be a quick learner, process driven, good with computers, have a good attitude & work well within a team setting.
Activities include working daily with multiple technicians, scheduling appointments in a timely manner, learning the Central Florida and Tampa Bay areas geographically for scheduling purposes, answering phones and making outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
Speak with residents on a daily basis to set up installation appointments for
technicians.
Creating a schedule for technicians while reducing the work order & mileage costs.
Work one-on-one with residents to set up repair appointments.
Provide help to the technicians daily helping them find appointments and speaking with customers if there are issues
Track projects and monitor the use of materials.
Prepare random projects as requested by supervisor.
Send the daily reports for technicians.
Responding in a timely manner to any voice mails or emails
Help all the people in the office with calls, peojects, etc.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Intelligent, driven, competitive, strong work ethic, high level of integrity
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications especially Excel.
English and Spanish language is a plus.
