Requirements:
Dependable and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
Must Be Highly Organized
Reliable transportation.
Able to work Monday-Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM 1 Hour lunch.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
Answering phone, emails, filing, copying, etc.
Data entry into quick books.
Assisting in permitting.
