Debt Collectors International (DCI) is actively seeking a Legal Forwarder to play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication with clients and attorneys. As a Legal Forwarder, you'll handle accounts within the department, ensuring proper management and maintaining efficiency throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction: Engage with clients and attorneys daily via email and telephone, providing clear and concise information.
2. Account Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with attorneys to ensure proper handling of accounts, resolving any outstanding issues promptly.
3. Prioritization: Efficiently prioritize daily tasks, ensuring timely responses and effective case management.
4. Document Expertise: Consistently read, interpret, and reconcile various legal documents, including invoices, contracts, legal agreements, and court filings.
Requirements:
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using relevant software and tools to manage case files and communicate effectively.
- Legal Acumen: Familiarity with legal terminology and processes, allowing you to navigate complex documents.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, ensuring accurate and professional correspondence.
