We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics and ensuring efficient transportation planning. The Service Dispatcher will utilize various tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls on a multi-line system.
- Mapping service calls for efficiency.
- Invoicing repairs
- Ordering repair parts
- Scheduling repairs
- Process manufacturer warranty claims
- Qualifications
Proficient in using phone systems for effective communication
Experience with Service Titan operations is a plus
HVAC dispatching experience preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in dispatching or related roles is preferred
Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions
Ability to work with field staff professionally and efficiently
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for client interactions
