Skills needed to include:
Answer phones and route calls
Schedule appointments
Manager calendar
Pull building permits and schedule inspections
Manage social media accounts
Assist with change orders and estimates
Job Requirements
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record with reliable transportation
Spanish speaking a plus but not required
Team player who can work independently
Experience in residential construction permitting a plus but not required
General experience in construction a plus but not required
