About Us: DF Bakery, established in 1997 in Winter Garden, is renowned in the culinary industry for our delicious baked goods and unwavering commitment to quality. We are seeking a dedicated individual to work in the combination of Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Human Relations, as each department does not require full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

Accounting and Bookkeeping:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Conduct reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.

Maintain and update accounting records and files.

Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.

Review clerk order inputs for accuracy.

Place and manage weekly vendor orders. Create PO’s.

Human Relations:

Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and company policies.

Manage employee benefits programs and handle inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Organize and facilitate meetings with staff, leaders, and managers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and HR functions.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business is preferred but not required.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks), Excel, and the MS Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Professional and courteous with excellent telephone skills.

Non-smoking facility.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Weekly Schedule & Salary:

8-9am to 4-5pm, Monday thru Friday
