Successful Central Florida Custom Commercial Millwork/Cabinetry Shop is seeking a PROJECT/RELATIONSHIP MANAGER with experience in the commercial Woodworking industry. Our Representative is responsible for cultivating/maintaining customer relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for our customers during all phases of their planning, bidding, scheduling and construction/installation process.
Responsibilities Include:
Job Planning/Estimating – be accessible to key customers to assist them when jobs are in the planning phases. Present job packets to Estimating team and promptly handle questions/requests for clarifications as they arise. Ensure that Estimate is prepared and presented to our Customer as per their Bid Submittal timeline.
Production/Installation – timely presentation/submittal of Customer Change Order Requests to Estimating, attend weekly Production Meeting to represent Customer’s needs with internal Production team, attend Customer Job meetings as needed.
Follow Job through Installation & Completion – stay close to customer through completion of job, ensure customer satisfaction and follow through post installation as needed.
Required:
7+ years experience in Millwork/Cabinetry Industry
3 - 5 years experience in Project/Relationship Management
Project Management experience
Knowledge of Manufacturing and Construction Process
Proven relationship builder
Great interpersonal skills
Effective communicator
Good written and verbal communication skills
