Looking for both a litigation attorney and for a transactional attorney. Civil litigation, administrative litigation, or healthcare experience a plus. Applicants must be self-starters, and have excellent academic credentials. Administrative law, health law, litigation or contract law experience will be helpful. Health care background will be helpful. Experience in insurance defense work, especially producing billable hours, is a big plus. Health Law certificate or LL.M. in Health Law also a plus.
