I have an established business in Sanford as a partner in a Trade School. I am starting a new franchise business, the American Restaurant Purchasing Group & Association (American RPGA) with the goal of growing it nationwide. I am looking to hire either a franchise lawyer or paralegal that has experienced in writing our franchise agreement and to spearhead our franchise legal department.
I am willing to pay a base plus a good commission from franchises sold as you come in the ground floor of my business. Your responsibilities would be to first help me write the Franchise Agreement and Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and then lead the talking to potential franchise leads and sending them the FDD to close them.
You are welcome to work from home, you do not need to be in our office.
