Litigation Paralegal

Trial paralegal with minimum 3 years personal injury/first party insurance litigation experience. Needed for fast growing dynamic plaintiff's PI firm. Will be responsible for all aspects of litigation including motion drafting, discovery responses, client/expert interface, trial preparation including exhibits, visual aids, notebooks and attendance at trial. Our firm has a long presence in Central Florida and offers a host of benefits including insurance, 401K and paid time off.
