Job Description: Legal Forwarder
Are you detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills? Join our team as a Legal Forwarder at Debt Collectors International! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing accounts and ensuring efficient communication with clients and attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Engage daily via email and telephone with clients and attorneys, addressing accounts within the department.
- Attorney Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with attorneys to ensure proper handling of accounts.
- Prioritization: Prioritize daily tasks to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document Interpretation: Consistently read, interpret, and reconcile documents such as invoices, contracts, legal agreements, and court documents.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills.
- Familiarity with legal terms.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior client service experience.
- Attention to detail, especially when reconciling invoices.
Work Schedule:
- In-person, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
