English/Spanish speaking Administrative Assistant needed for Immigration Law Office. No experience working in the field is required. Office located in Conway area. Applicant must speak, read and write in English and Spanish. Speaking either language perfectly is not required, rather we need someone who can effectively communicate with our clientele.

We are a small office, but our phone rings frequently and we generate a tremendous amount of paperwork. These are busy times in the field of immigration and nationality law and we need someone who is able to take instruction and change direction when our clients' needs so require. We are looking to assemble a staff who will give their best as individuals and can work together in a team environment. We will train anyone who will follow instructions and who give us their best each day. The office is very fast-paced and keeping up can be challenging, we need someone who is a quick learner, someone who is self-motivated and someone who can learn on the go.
Responsibilities will include scheduling, calendaring, interacting with the attorneys and paralegals to avoid scheduling conflicts, answering telephones, taking messages, copying, filing, organizing and just about anything else as part of our goal of providing effective and efficient customer service to our clientele.
Each workday starts at 8:30 AM and generally ends at 5:00 PM. Lunch is from 12 PM - 1 PM, we close the doors and do not answer the phones during lunch. Medical insurance and a 401k plan are available upon completion of at least a 90-day probationary period. We will pay half of your medical insurance and if we find the right person we will consider paying half of the medical insurance for the employee's spouse and children.
We can be flexible with scheduling and we understand that important responsibilities like children and extended family are a reality in everyone's lives. We do not require employees to clock in and out, but we do expect employees to show up to work on time each day and to give our office a full day's work. When you need time off, we can generally work around other demands on your time and understand that being at the office is often less important to obligations outside of work.
Personal transportation is a requirement, travel costs are reimbursed for work-related travel.

We will provide training on how to do the work that is expected. This position is entry-level with the possibility of advancement and additional pay.
