We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our receiving and logistics facility. This role is responsible for managing incoming deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and organizing outgoing shipments to local job sites.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect pallets from suppliers for accuracy and damage
Oversee warehouse team during unloading, sorting, and documentation
Break down, re-palletize, and label materials for redistribution to job sites
Track and document all incoming/outgoing materials
Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse space
Coordinate delivery schedules and loading with drivers and field teams
Ensure safety protocols and efficient workflow
Requirements:
3+ years warehouse or logistics experience (supervisory preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and basic hand tools
Comfortable with physical work — lifting, moving, and stacking pallets
Basic computer or tablet experience for logging materials
