Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Repairer at R & J GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LLC located
in Central, FL.
The Repairer will be responsible for performing day-to-day repair tasks at rental homes,
ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
Examples of duties performed but not limited to the following.
Drywall repairs
Painting
Replacing doors, trim, baseboards
Some PVC
Light electrical work
Ceiling fans
Window repair/replacements
Irrigation
Fence repair/replacement
Cement work
Qualifications
Experience in repairs and maintenance
Self-Transportation required
Knowledge of tools and equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues efficiently
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
Attention to detail and precision in repair work
Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
