Job Summary:
As a Grounds Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and upkeep of our resort grounds, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while contributing to the overall success of our resort.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the resort grounds, including upkeep of outdoor areas
- Ensure the resort's exterior appearance is always clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
