Carpets, vinyl, rubber, plastic, wood, cork, lineoleum, ceramic, porcelian, quarry, saltillo, marble, granite, concrete, epoxy, terrazzo & other aggregates, and more
We also do other specialty cleaning:
Pressure cleaning, window cleaning, construction cleanup, high-level dusting, and more

Looking for technicians. Will provide training as necessary. Part time & Full Time Available.
MUST BE MOTIVATED, RELIABLE, HARD WORKING, AND HAVE RETENTION.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Hard worker
Reliable transportation & valid / clean driving record
Flexible Schedule (or set availability)
Clean criminal record, and can pass background check
Team-player
Able & willing to further education & training to earn raises
Able & willing to handle managing subordinates
Fluent in reading & writing English
Able & willing to follow instructions & company policies
Lives within 30 minutes of Sanford, FL
Physical requirements include, but not limited to: standing, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, lifting (could exceed 50 lbs.), reaching, and driving.
Pay starts at $18.50. Proven experience on the jobsite may result in immediate raises.

Bonus pay:
Signing bonus (180 day retention)
Performance bonuses given to whole team regularly for well done work on larger jobs
All work performed from one location (work truck taken to jobsites).
