We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our owners and office managing various errands and supply needs. Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and bring food/groceries for breakfast, and lunch orders as needed.
Manage laundry for the owners on a timely basis to and from
Pick up essential supplies from various retailers, including bulk stores like BJ's Wholesale Club, Costco etc.
Handle a variety of other errands as they arise to support the operational needs of the owners and company
Walk and Feed the dog for the owner.
Clean Owners home as required
Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle provided for duties.
Qualifications:
Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Capable of lifting and carrying packages (e.g., groceries, supplies).
Prior experience in a similar role or with extensive errand running is a plus.
- Competitive starting salary from $16.00 per hour.
