Passenger Service Agents play a critical role in keeping passengers and aircraft moving safely and on time. As a Passenger Service Agent, some of your responsibilities include:
Ensuring all Quantem and customer safety standards are met and maintained
Responsible for above-wing operations (i.e., ticketing, gate, and jet bridge functions)
Ensuring that all flights that Quantem loads and/or unloads operate on time
Helping passengers check luggage and print boarding passes
Ensuring passengers have proper documentation to board the plane
Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Compliance with all applicable environmental laws and permits
Performs other duties assigned by Quantem management

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish; must be able to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish
Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Pass all required pre-employment drug screening, background and clearance requirements, and successful completion of the required badging process
Able to work early mornings, nights and weekends
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds in a safe manner individually or with other team members
Must be able to keep all information confidential
Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
Must have good communication skills when interacting with passengers
