Baywash is now hiring experienced auto detailers. I will conduct a phone interview to go over your experiences before I set up an interview. I am only looking for detailers that produce 100% quality and are capable of upselling details to our customers. You "MUST" have your own vehicle and speak English. The position pays very well. You will be paid 30% of everything you do plus tips. You will be hired as an independent contractor which is a 1099 employee. That means I do not take out taxes from your pay.
