New Construction Cleaning- we are in need of ONLY EXPERIENCE SUB CONTRACTOR Cleaners we need 3 to 4 people on your own crew to do cleans on new built apartments ( ✳️this is not trash out or Residential, office cleaning and not vacation cleaners ✳️) we do 3 different detail cleans for owner acceptance. We pay by the unit. You must have PPE -(hardhats, vest, work boots).
Must have your own surpplys. We do provide stripper cleaner, window cleaner and stainless steel oil.

Please only experience apply. We hire sub contractor 1099 with the correct workman comp and general liability insurance.
