Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Driver/Procurement Team Member in Winter Park, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely driving and operating a 26-foot box truck (under-CDL), performing manual labor including but not limited to loading and unloading material, sorting/recycling items, organizing and packing outgoing loads, and general site upkeep. Other duties include maintaining vehicle maintenance logs, ensuring adherence to company policies/procedures, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift 50-70lbs)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate small equipment and tools
Be self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
Forklift Certified is a plus, but not required
-Must be able to pass a background check (not all charges disqualify)
-Must be able to pass a drug test (not all substances disqualify)
-Must be able to pass a driving test
Compensation:
-$16-18/hour starting, with performance based raises after probationary periods (30 days, 90 days, 1 year)
-50% of Monthly Insurance Premium Reimbursement
-Paid Vacation Time after first year with days accruing for every year employed
