EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
-MUST have a valid and current Florida Drivers License.
-MUST have a clean drivers record as you will be driving company vehicles.
-MUST have a clean background record and/or if you have had an incident it must have been at least 10 years ago.
Job Summary:Responsible for the overall landscape maintenanceof our commercial property. Has the duty to meet company needs and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities (specific areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to):
ØWorks in tree, shrub, and flower care, including planting, seeding, laying and cutting of sod, transplanting, pruning, removal and checking for disease.
ØPerforms other duties as assigned.
Ø Can be asked to drive trailers
Qualifications (minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities):
ØMust have a valid Florida Driver's License.
ØAbility to use trailers, trimmer, edger, hedger, blower, power augers, lawn mowers and other heavy equipment related to the job.
ØAbility to withstand various in/outdoor environments.
ØAbility to communicate effectively to staff and clients both verbally and in writing.
ØAbility to lift up to 70 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
ØAbility to bend, squat, push, pull, and walk 100% of job time.
ØEligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
ØBilingual (Spanish and English).
