Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and meticulous House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' homes, ensuring every space is left spotless and welcoming. You will work independently or as part of a team, following customized cleaning plans to meet our clients' specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
Make beds, change linens, and organize bedrooms.
Handle special cleaning tasks such as window washing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning projects.
Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance or replenishment needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and address any concerns.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in house cleaning or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
