Handyman+to+work+part+time $25/Hr & Mileage/ 30-40+hours

We are a Property Management looking for a Handyman that can help us with minor repairs, we offer 35-40 hours of work per week and pay $25/hour plus $0.15/miles for during working hrs trips and tolls. Must have own tools and a pickup truck vehicle to be able to start working asap from 9-5pm Monday-Friday and be able to resolve occasional emergency calls over the weekend. We have this position open and need someone to start working on immediately. Email me your info and areas of experience. Must know how to paint, pressure wash, replace faucets/garbage disposal, repair screens, some carpentry work, install ceiling fans, minor plumbing and electrical work, etc. Do not contact if you do not have a pick up and basic tools to work. We also manage all work through Jobber app and do property inspections with an inspection app, we need this person to be able to manage.
