Looking for handy technicians, lead skilled technicians, and Independent Contractors who are responsible, reliable and trustworthy to work in restaurants and other commercial facilities overnight conducting repairs, rehabilitation and maintenance work.

For general construction work such as tiling and grouting, drywall repairs, painting, masonry, commercial acoustic drop ceiling, paneling and more. Mainly tile and grout work.
This is a 1099 self employment position or independent contractor position.
Overnight work. Must be available Sunday through Friday nights as needed and some full weekends depending on job scheduling and requirements. Typically around the hours of 10pm-9am.
Must be willing to travel throughout the state of Florida and Georgia sometimes Alabama and South Carolina if needed. To and from job sites and stay away for up to a week at time. Hotel costs are covered.
Must have a pick up or cargo van, valid drivers license and be able to work in the USA legally.
Lead techs must have 5+ years minimum experience in general construction, including tile and grout work. Must be able to conduct and complete jobs in the time indicated. Must meet deadlines and provide professional and high quality work without supervision. Training available for specific jobs.
Handy Technicians must have prior labor experience, must be a team player and help execute daily tasks.
Required tools and equipment:
-Work truck such as a Cargo van or pick-up truck is needed. (A must no exceptions, cannot work out of a car)
-Power hand tools such as screw gun and impact driver drill, skill saw, sawzall, grinder, mud mixer, hammer rotary drill, grout saw etc.
-Hand tools such as hammer, screw drivers, pliers, scrapers, taping knifes, blades, etc.
-2x Rigid shop vacs.
-2x 50ft Extension cords and 3 way adaptors.
-Protective gear such as gloves, goggles, respiratory mask and knee pads.
