Hiring a caretaker for a beautiful 15 acre estate where we do weddings and historic tours. Looking for an experienced person who can manage the gardening, Landscaping, general maintenance of sprinklers, lights, buildings. Must be able to drive a tractor, ATV, do general construction and upkeep. Work includes all landscaping chores, power washing walks, blowing and leaf removal, mowing, koi pond maintenance, etc.
