I am looking for a well-rounded experienced administrative assistant that can support my business 10 hrs. a week from home. Duties will include the following.
Billing
Social media support- Submitting posts and pictures
Google business support- Submitting Pictures to our Google Business page
Clerical duties- This involves submitting paperwork to various clients
Liaison with our partners
Customer Receipts
Customer Contracts- Send out and get signatures for scheduled work
Other assigned work as needed
This position is great for a stay-at-home mom who is available a couple hours each day Monday thru Friday. I need a problem solver, someone who is focused and willing to get results, someone who can be coached to learn my business model.
