Responsibilities:
Execute daily culinary production, including prep and menu item production.
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
Inspect the quality and freshness of food items and plate as required.
Keep a clean and organized kitchen to ensure a safe work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Must be reliable with own transportation—punctuality is a must!
Minimum of 1 year experience in a full-service restaurant.
Willingness to take on other responsibilities as needed.
