We are a small batch bakery specializing in croissants. We also make muffins, cookies, cakes, and all of our fillings in-house. We are looking for an experienced baker who is passionate about food and enjoys all parts of the process— from baking, to laminating croissants, to making jams.
We are a fast-paced, small team so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running! Must have at least 2 years of professional baking experience and must know their way around a kitchen.

- Has a solid foundation of baking fundamentals— they can look at a recipe and understand how to execute it
- Has previously worked in a professional setting and can easily transition to our baking culture
- Has experience with croissants/viennoiserie
- Has a team mindset and is a team player
- Is organized, a good communicator, and can manage own workflow efficiently
This position is full time. Must be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays & some Sundays.
