Outpost Neighborhood Tavern is looking for solid Line Cooks, Dishwashers to join our back-of-house team. We serve Southern comfort food with a twist — all scratch-made in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen. We’re all about good food, good people, and a no-BS kind of workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience on the line is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
You show up on time and ready to hustle
Clean, organized, and work well with others
Able to handle a busy kitchen without losing your cool
Nights and weekends availability is important
What You’ll Do:
Cook food to order with consistency and speed
Keep your station clean, prepped, and ready
Work with a team that’s got each other’s backs
Follow all food safety and sanitation rules
Pitch in where needed – we all wear a few hats
