We are looking for an experienced kitchen lead with Italian cuisine and Pizza experience. This job will entail working hand in hand with the Chef to ensure proper food safety, organization, and menu execution. This job will require working all positions in the kitchen, training and coaching the staff, menu implementation and development, food inventory, food ordering, and more.
We are a locally owned and operated Italian Kitchen. We feature traditional Italian dishes, a wide variety of pizzas, and home made appetizers.
