Hotel Maintenance
Full time, Fixed Schedule, Weekends Off.

Hotel Maintenance person must have skills needed to maintain and repair rooms, hotel equipment, the structure, and grounds of the hotel.
-Specific Duties include:
Completion of the preventative maintenance checklist and complete work orders for
Interior and exterior of hotel such as replacing light bulbs, lighting fixtures, television sets, lighting systems, and makes minor repairs and/or replacement etc. to maintain the hotel and keep product quality to standard. Inspect AC units, kitchen appliances, furniture and fixtures in room, kitchen, and bathroom. Including painting, repair vinyl floor, carpet, concrete floor, ceiling, and dry wall. Repair, replace, or, remove appliances and install replacement microwaves, sinks, refrigerators, stove tops, room furniture and fixtures as needed.
Room prep, room cleaning duties, housekeeping duties as needed.
-Physical Requirements:
100 lbs. lifting with frequent lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work on their feet for full day outdoor.
Must be able to use ladders as well as going up and down stairs, bending, squatting, lifting, pulling/pushing.
May move furniture as needed, must be able to use cleaning and painting products and electric hand tools.
Room prep, room cleaning duties, some housekeeping duties.
-Skills /Qualifications:
Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches, measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
Basic knowledge of carpentry; plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment required;
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
-Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)
Weekends Off
- Compensation:
$15 p/hour
Hotel/Apartment/Real Estate Experience Required.
Must have a clean driving record and own a vehicle.
Basic computer knowledge.
Non-smoking.
