Job Description:
As a Food Safety Assistant, you will support our food safety protocols and procedures to ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer trust. Responsibilities include:
Monitoring and Documentation:
- Regularly inspecting production lines to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintaining detailed records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Monitoring temperatures, sanitation procedures, and safe food handling practices.
Quality Control Testing:
- Collecting product samples for testing to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Reporting any quality or safety issues to management immediately.
Training and Compliance:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of food safety training for production staff.
- Ensuring all staff adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest food safety regulations and best practices.
Skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak perfect Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
