ICEBAR Orlando is searching for barbacks! Our barbacks ensure bartenders have the supplies they need to provide service to customers. They keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and other products needed throughout their shift. They ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for Bartenders
Barbacks are the support team for bartenders. They focus on stock and clerical tasks so the bartender can concentrate on making drinks. Barbacks play an crucial role in optimizing the unique customer experience.
Requirements:
Be the legal age to serve alcohol
Physically fit to meet the demands of the job, such as lifting liquor boxes, changing kegs, and standing for long hours
General knowledge of bar menu items
Willing to work in night shifts and on weekends and holidays
Friendly, responsible and punctual
Able to switch tasks smoothly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
