Assistant Manager - Luxury Movie Theater

Touchstar Cinemas is a premier dine-in theater that delivers a unique movie-going experience with cutting-edge film presentation. Guests can enjoy their meals, served directly to their seats, alongside a selection of premium wines and handcrafted cocktails. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our theater and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily theater operations, including staff supervision, ensuring all areas are properly staffed and performing to company standards.

Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive outstanding service and hospitality, handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Team Leadership: Train, coach, and motivate theater staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team members adhere to company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of concession supplies and theater materials, placing orders as needed.

Financial Oversight: Assist with financial management tasks, such as cash handling, banking, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred.

Ability to work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Flexibility to handle varying days off and shifts up to 10-12 hours.

Capability to stand for extended periods, navigate stairs, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Must be able to pass the ServSafe Manager class.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation, with the vehicle remaining on premises during shifts.

Willingness to work in a Movie Theater that operates 365 days a year.
