As Vice President, Voluntary Insurance, Sales & Account Management you'll be responsible for building and executing the sales and account management strategy to drive significant growth in our voluntary insurance business. In this executive level role, you'll architect and implement sales and account management strategies that push past expected outcomes. You'll lead teams who look to you for inspiration, direction, and the systems that enable their success and position the team and company for market leadership in the supplemental health and P&C insurance space.Strategic Sales Leadership    Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets for our voluntary insurance (worksite) business
    Build, lead, and mentor high-performing quota-bearing sales teams focused on supplemental health and P&C insurance products
    Establish scalable sales processes, performance metrics, and accountability systems that drive consistent results
    Create effective territory management and account targeting methodologies to optimize market coverageAccount Management Excellence    Design and implement account management frameworks that maximize client retention and expansion opportunities
    Develop structured account planning processes and service delivery models aligned with client segmentation
    Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning initiatives with key clients
    Implement proactive retention strategies to minimize attrition and maximize client lifetime valueProcess Development & Optimization    Build the foundational sales and account management processes needed for sustainable growth
    Implement effective pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting methodologies
    Develop comprehensive sales playbooks, training programs, and enablement resources
    Establish data-driven performance monitoring systems to continuously improve team effectivenessCross-Functional Leadership    Partner with Product and Carrier teams to ensure our insurance offerings meet market needs
