The individual will have a sound resume working on a broad range of projects and with various agencies. Water Resources is considered in all KEITH projects as it is the source of life for our community. As VP you will:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Water Resources division at KEITH.
Represent KEITHat Meetings, Presentations, Organizations and Activities.
Participate in KEITH Sponsored Personal / Professional Growth Opportunities.
Participate in professional organizations that benefit the firm.
Participate in the management, growth, and financial security of KEITH.
Solicit additional staff members to complementour staff.
Provide Project / Client Management which will ensure successful completion of project goals.
Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Assist / Support other Departments as needed.
