- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in Enterprise Support Delivery environments.
- Strong ability to manage customer escalations.
- Excellent Customer management \ Customer handling skills.
- Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly in relation to Product, Technologies and Enterprise Support Processes and Procedures
- Excellent and proven problem solving skills\knowledge
- Strong Team player and mindset
- Proven experience of working with Cloud computing technologies and an understanding of cloud based architecture
- Understanding of Software Development Methodologies (experience of developing enterprise s/ware or experience debugging Object Oriented code (Java preferred, or other relevant technologies)
- Experience providing SaaS support
