Technical Program Manager (Orlando, FL)Your role
Ensuring that technical changes do not have a negative impact on the quality of the product
The control that all necessary documents have been created according to the specifications of our QMS (quality management system), that traceability is ensured within the framework of the changes and that the product complies with all required standards
Including leading critical change projects through:
Expertise in creating business cases and project decisions
Cross-functional team (CFT) coordination in the initial phase of the change project before it is handed over to Manufacturing Engineering (e.g. design and V&V phase)
Motivation of the CFT colleagues to contribute to the success of the project
Ensuring that the project is implemented within the specified scope and timeframe
Corresponding documentation as part of our QMS (e.g. Class 3 Change Form and V&V Plan)
Escalation to CCB (Change Control Board) and management in the event of critical project delays or significant deviations from the project scope.
You're the right fit if:
Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree (BS) in Engineering, MS desired.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience program management and System Engineering experience
Medical Device experience preferred, or experience in a regulated industry environment
Demonstrated successful results in leading technical teams within a matrix organization preferred
Experience managing program resources across multiple geographic locations preferred
