- Around 10 years’ experience
- Experience in Omnichannel/Mobile /Responsive Web project delivery
- Good understanding of Agile execution and best practices
- Hands on with respect to tracking and managing projects using tools like JIRA & ADO
- Exposure in interacting with Key customer Stakeholders and Offshore team members
- Relate to SDLC tooling in the Digital Transformation space
- Understands keys aspects of BDD and TDD approaches to requirement definition , development and automated testing
- Comfortable in presenting tool driven DSR’s and weekly reports
- Exposure to multi track sprint planning and retrospective meetings
- Clear and Concise tracking of RAID
- Good understanding of Actionable Metrics and its interpretation for ascertaining project health- static analysis, code coverage, security testing , PR metrics and functional/regression Automation coverage.
