Link Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator (Senior-Level) to join our team at Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation in Orlando, FL. Must be a US Citizen DoD Secret Clearance requiredNon-remote (relocation incentive available)As a Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining computer networks to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the US Army’s PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. This exciting opportunity lets you contribute to cutting-edge projects while safeguarding our national security. Responsibilities:Install, administer, support, and maintain server hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems.Maintain server environment stability.Create, update, and maintain SOPs and knowledge management solutions for continuity and training Ensure proper configuration of servers, virtual servers, storage solutions, computers, and software necessary for the successful operation in baseline compliance requirements. Support active directory management, systems center management, messaging management, clustering services, backup, and restoration. Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans. Manage data backups of servers and equipment configurations per recovery guidelines. Implement patch remediation on systems to ensure network security and compliance with Cybersecurity guidelines and regulations. Create, update, and maintain databases required for mission-related functions. Support migration efforts to cloud-based environments, including integration of new technologies, decommissioning of existing hardware, and documentation.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
