Description: Lockheed Martin is currently evaluating and defining our future state of our SAP ERP systems leveraging SAP S/4 HANA. The program is looking for a strong individual as a scrum master.Responsibilities for Scrum Master Lead the agile teams (scrum, scrumban, kanban, etc) in using Agile methodology and scrum practices Helping the product owners and development teams to achieve program success Lead the agile and development teams in self-organization Remove impediments and coach the scrum teams on removing impediments Help the agile and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework Resolve conflicts and issues that occur Help the agile team achieve higher levels of agile maturity Support the product owners and provide education where neededBasic Qualifications: Prior experience on an agile (scrum, Kanban, etc.) team as a scrum master or product owner Experience with an agile tracking tool such as Jira or Version One Experience and understanding of successful Agile techniques Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum Ability to work with and lead a team as a servant leader Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment Detail oriented, with a focus on ensuring teams execute consistently Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distractions Willingness to adapt to Lockheed Martin’s processes and toolsetsDesired Skills: Scrum master or other Agile formal training or certification Experience in larger scale agile programs SAP software development experience Knowledge of SAP Activate Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and Focused BuildBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
