The Manager – Show Site Operations will be accountable for the optimal planning, resource allocation, and scheduling for all Freeman events and projects. The role will help develop and manage the project management team to maximize efficiency and ensure operational excellence.This position will support our Audio Visual & Event Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

Dallas, TX

Las Vegas, NV

Chicago, IL

Orlando, FL

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Proactively seeks out information on production requirements for all assigned events to increase advance planning and proper resource allocation

Delegates responsibilities and supervises the work of direct reports, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance

Provides training, development, resources, and support for all direct reports

Partners with cross-divisional teams to support recruiting, training, and staffing of necessary positions

Creates a collaborative and results driven atmosphere within the team that drives optimum performance

Reviews operational procedures and makes recommendations for improvements to enhance operational efficiencies

Ensures best practices including safety requirements are followed in the final project plans for all projects in assigned area or region

Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience

Working knowledge of project management principles

Minimum 3 years of show operations experience
